ADDAUTOOP [network~]#channel :hostmask

This command allows you to add Users for being autoopped if 
they join the channel.
Example:
ADDAUTOOP #leet :*!*blah@*.lame.com
would add autoop for any user matching *!*blah@*.lame.com for
the channel #leet.
